Challenge
Eurest wanted to scale recruitment capabilities to hire needed talent across different operational units in Portugal, through and online recruitment platform. The platform should provide an easy way for candidates to find vacancies and apply and enable the HR team to quickly review applications and assign them to different operations managers.
Outcome
A more efficient and repeatable recruitment process and a nation-wide database of suited applicants that empowers the HR team to quickly match the right person to the right job when needed.
Eurest's online recruitment platform, built with Drupal 8, includes a custom multi-step form and automated workflows for HR managers.
