The challenge was to consolidate Unilab's leading position in the diagnostics market by improving the company's online presence. Unilabs wanted to adapt the existing website, developed in Drupal 8, to the needs of managing nationwide operations of 900 centers in Portugal and keep ongoing efforts to improve information, design and functionality.
Unilabs is now able to manage appointments online and associate 900 centers, 150 specialty doctors, available time slots and exams.
A Drupal Web app enabled Unilabs to organize internal company events - UDay - including user registration, maps, information about the event and interactive elements.
And continuous design inputs, such as for the recent solidarity campaign "Saúde Postal".
